What You Will Do:
Answer and direct all calls appropriately and efficiently
Process and confirm room reservations
Greet, register, and assign rooms to arriving guests
Present statement of charges to departing guests and receive payment for services
Respond to guests' questions or concerns
Ensure work areas and equipment are kept functional and orderly at all times
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Is a hardworking, positive, and proactive individual
Has the ability to work cooperatively with others
Is available for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend work
Cares about their professional appearance and follows uniform and dress code standards
Has excellent customer service skills
Skill Requirements:
Proficient written and oral communication skills (for in-person, email, and telephone communication)
Great organizational skills
Must have the ability to handle and solve customer related concerns and complaints, and report to supervisor, as necessary
Industry Experience:
Previous experience in hospitality is an asset.
