As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries Manage reservations and respond to guest requests promptly Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities Handle payments and maintain accurate records Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction Use computer systems for daily operations, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Qualifications

Fluency in Inuktitut (required) Proficiency with Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong computer skills and ability to learn hotel management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Shift flexibility (day, evening, weekend, and holiday availability) Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an asset but not required
