Job Description

Front Desk Operations



Greet and check-in/check-out guests. Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Handle room assignments, key distribution, and billing.

Guest Relations



Serve as the primary contact for guest questions, concerns, and special requests. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, transportation, and dining options. Resolve complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary.

Communication & Coordination



Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure guest needs are met (room readiness, repairs, amenities). Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service requests.

Sales & Upselling



Promote hotel services and upgrades (e.g., stay packages, upgrades, dining). Assist in achieving revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling.

Administrative Duties



Maintain accurate guest folios and process payments. Prepare reports such as occupancy, shift handovers, and incident logs. Follow hotel policies on safety, security, and compliance.

Front Desk Agent Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving ability with a calm, professional demeanor. High school diploma or suitable equivalent. 1+ years front desk agent experience preferred. Well-groomed, professional appearance. Multitasking under pressure. A service mindset: empathy, patience, and attention to detail. Available to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays.
