As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong phone etiquette skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding guest services.
Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus but not required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
