We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A background in hospitality or hotel operations is preferred.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
Address guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
Provide information about motel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Handle transactions and billing with accuracy and discretion.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Ensure the security of guest information and maintain confidentiality.
Clean all assigned rooms and including dusting, making beds, replacing linens, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, window cleaning, and replenishing rooms with supplies.
Assist with laundry tasks such as washing, drying, and folding linens.
Support cleaning staff to finish delayed tasks including folding linens/supplies and washing/drying tasks.
Cleaning up public spaces, parking lots and motel hallways by removing litter and trash
Complete but not limited to assigned tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.

Experience

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is highly desirable.
Hotel experience is a plus, particularly in guest services or hospitality settings.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
