We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls, directing them as necessary while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Address any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy, striving for resolution.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Experience in front desk operations or hotel experience is preferred.
Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and basic computer applications.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment.
