We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and responsible Guest Experience Agent who has the ability to use their authentic charm to create memorable experiences for our spa guests to join our rnr Wellness team! If you have a flexible schedule and are passionate about what you do, this might be the position for you!

This job will require you to work at both of our locations at rnr Wellness Fairmont Palliser and rnr Wellness Hotel Le Germain.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates who are able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, exceed guest expectations, and set the stage to ensure the best experience will be considered for the position.

Some of the necessary skills the perfect candidate would possess:

- Ability to make one on one connections with your guest on the phone and in-person - Booking software experience (asset but not a requirement) - Data input - Positive attitude - Exceptional customer service skills - Ensuring the spa looks and feels amazing at all times! - Interpersonal skills that add value to guests and to your team - Accuracy in checking guests in and out - Processing payments - Sales experience (asset but not a requirement) - Team player - Self-motivated and disciplined - Leadership skills Weekday shift schedule is 4PM-9PM Sat & Sun schedule is 8-4pm and 4-9pm
