Duties
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
Experience
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred, ideally within the hospitality industry.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to cater to diverse guests.
Proficiency in phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems is essential.
