We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a vibrant hotel environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for all guests. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with reservations or requests. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system. Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and address any guest needs. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Process payments and manage cash transactions securely. Cleaning and laundry duties as required.

Ideal candidate will be available Mondays to Fridays for a mixture of 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm.*

Skills

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Strong phone etiquette to handle multi-line phone systems effectively. Previous experience in front desk operations or hotel environments is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Knowledge of hospitality best practices and guest services is an asset. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
