As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a pleasant stay.
Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information.
Handle reservations and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism.
Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
