Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information to guests.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and special requests.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel operations.
Experience
Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest interaction.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is a plus.
