Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties



Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Operate multi-line phone systems to assist callers promptly and effectively. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Skills



Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in front desk operations or hospitality is preferred. Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems effectively. Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

A positive attitude and willingness to assist others in a team-oriented environment. Join us asgual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. we strive to create memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service!
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour
