We are seeking energetic and organized

Front Desk Administrative Professionals

to join our Mississauga Campus as

Admissions Advisors

. The ideal candidates are open-minded, people-oriented, and believe in lifelong learning. They will serve as the first point of contact at the campus, providing exceptional customer service while supporting admissions and administrative operations.

Primary Responsibilities



Greet and assist students, staff, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries Prepare documents, memos, letters, spreadsheets, and forms Maintain filing systems and ensure student records are accurate and compliant Support the admissions team with student enrollment and documentation Contact, interview, and follow up with prospective students interested in career training Assist new students with onboarding to ensure timely program start and completed paperwork Generate referrals through excellent customer service Provide clerical and administrative support to management and faculty as needed

Desired Skills & Experience



2+ years of experience in an administrative/front desk or admissions role (preferably in higher education or private career colleges) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication abilities (written, verbal, text, and email) Experience with student enrollment and knowledge of academic programs (an asset) Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and familiarity with Zoom or other virtual platforms Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships Previous experience in service sales (e.g., memberships, insurance) is an asset Bilingual or multilingual abilities (an asset)
