We're looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals to join the front-end crew at
The Coffee Mill
, a fast-paced, breakfast-focused restaurant and drive-thru with a proud 50+ year history of serving the Fredericton community.What You'll Be Doing:
Taking guest orders at the counter and drive-thru using a headset system Working in a
fast-paced environment
while maintaining a warm, friendly attitude Communicating effectively and supporting your teammates to keep service flowing smoothly Stayingon your feet
and energized throughout your shift Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house Providing a welcoming experience for every guest--whether it's their first visit or their hundredthWhat We're Looking For:
Positive, upbeat energy and strong
team spirit
Ability to multitask andstay calm under pressure
Comfortable using aheadset
