Job Description

The Front Desk Counter Person is responsible for greeting and assisting customers, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining an organized and professional front counter area. This position plays a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities



Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive. Provide product, service, or scheduling information as needed. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Process sales, service orders, or payments accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front counter area. Assist with scheduling, invoicing, or data entry as required. Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Restock counter materials, brochures, or supplies as needed. Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and security guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
