SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated Fresh and Frozen Seafood Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Seafood Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's Frozen and Fresh Seafood products to new and existing customers. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and increase market share while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong sales skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients. Having experience in the seafood industry would be an asset.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify and target potential customers in the seafood industry, including retail and food distribution.
Generate new leads and prospects for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Manage and grow existing customer and key partner accounts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Collaborate with the sales team to create sales strategies, set sales targets, and develop pricing plans to achieve revenue and profit goals.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the customer.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in English
Knowledge of the seafood industry preferred, including various seafood products, market trends, and customer preferences.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales and a drive to succeed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and explore new markets.
