Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate French Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in language instruction, experience working with children, and a commitment to fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging French language lessons tailored to diverse student age groups and skill levels. Incorporate multimedia and interactive activities to enhance language learning experiences. Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and informal evaluations. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special educational needs or varying learning styles. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, participation, and performance using Learning Management Systems (LMS). Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum materials that align with educational standards. Provide tutoring support outside regular class hours as needed to reinforce learning objectives. Proofread and review instructional materials for clarity, accuracy, and appropriateness for the target age group. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and classroom activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in teaching French at early childhood or elementary levels. Background in early childhood education or classroom experience working with children. Strong knowledge of French language structure, grammar, and vocabulary. Experience with math integration in language lessons is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored for young learners. Familiarity with LMS platforms for lesson planning and student assessment tracking. Experience or training in special education strategies is preferred. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for proofreading instructional materials.
