We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team. Duties

Design and implement effective lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, or seminars to diverse student groups Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and other evaluation methods Provide constructive feedback to support student improvement and motivation Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and critical thinking Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices

Requirements

Proven experience in an educational setting, preferably with university-level exposure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Passion for education and student success Bachelor's degree or higher; advanced degrees are a plus Prior experience working within university or higher education environments is highly desirable
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 140 - 160 per week
