Hiring Experienced Online French Instructors!

We are seeking dedicated and experienced

tutors

to join our team. For this position, we are hiring:

- French

(Elementary/High school level) Instructors

*instructors need to be familiar with

both CORE FRENCH and FRENCH IMMERSION

curriculum.

Experience:

Previous experience in education, tutoring, or related field is REQUIRED!

if you have 0 experience in teaching/tutoring! Strong knowledge in the subject(s) you will be tutoring For Language related tutoring, you must have a very solid background of French knowledge, in terms of methods to improve children's writing, reading and speaking, and overall confidence in language use Experience working with children or adolescents Excellent communication especially expressing skills, both verbal and written Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique learning styles of each student Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized lesson plans based on the individual needs of each student based on recommended textbooks Provide small group tutoring sessions to students Help students improve their academic performance and achieve their learning goals Design tests and quizzes to keep track of and enhance students' learning process Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and enhance their understanding of the subject matter Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to us and their parents Collaborate with classroom teachers to align tutoring sessions with classroom curriculum Maintain a positive, supportive and intellectually stimulating learning environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week
