Job Summary

We are seeking a French passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for children. This role involves developing engaging lesson plans, implementing effective teaching strategies, and supporting the diverse needs of students in the classroom.

Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Utilize effective teaching methods to enhance students' understanding of subjects, particularly in math and literacy. Provide individualized support to students, including tutoring and assistance for those with special education needs. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience across grade levels. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track student performance and enhance instructional delivery. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, including classroom experience. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Proficiency in proofreading educational materials to ensure clarity and accuracy. Familiarity with tutoring techniques and strategies for diverse learning needs.
