Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Collector to join our collection agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting debt that the company has purchased, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to negotiate effectively while providing exceptional customer service. The applicant must be fully bilingual in French and English.
Nous sommes a la recherche d'un agent de recouvrement motive et minutieux pour se joindre a notre agence de recouvrement. Le ou la candidat(e) ideal(e) sera charge(e) de recouvrer les creances rachetees par l'entreprise et d'assurer le recouvrement rapide des creances impayees. Ce poste requiert de solides competences analytiques et une aptitude a la negociation efficace, tout en offrant un service a la clientele exceptionnel. Le candidat doit etre parfaitement bilingue en francais et en anglais.
Qualifications
Bilingual in French and English. Collection experience. Be able to commit to a full 40 hour work week. Be able to work independently. Achieve and maintain collection targets.
Bilingue francais-anglais.
Experience en recouvrement.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.75-$50.00 per hour
