Transera Logistics is looking for an experienced, hungry, and motivated Freight Broker/Account Manager who already knows how the industry works and wants to grow their own book of business.
If you've worked with 53' dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, step decks, Super-Bs, or anything in between, and you understand the daily grind of quoting, booking, covering, and managing freight, we want to talk to you.
A big book of business is not a requirement. However, you must know how to build one, nurture customer relationships, and close freight consistently.
This role is perfect for someone who wants uncapped earnings and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Manage and grow your own customer base (warm and cold outreach)
Quote FTL/LTL shipments across Canada and the U.S.
Work directly with carriers and customers to move loads start-to-finish
Handle daily operations: pricing, booking, dispatching, tracking, customer updates
Build long-term relationships by providing fast, reliable service
Collaborate with our internal team for support, coverage, and capacity
Help expand Transera's footprint across major lanes
What We're Looking For
2-5+ years experience in freight brokerage or logistics (required)
Strong understanding of equipment types (van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, etc.)
Someone who knows how to broker freight properly, including pricing, communication, and urgency
Motivated, money-driven personality
Ability to work independently and manage your own book
Solid communication skills (email, phone, customer service)
Someone who wants to win and grow with a fast-moving brokerage
Compensation
This role is designed for people who want to make serious money.
