Job Description

We are looking for motivated and resourceful Freelance Recruiters to help us source and connect with top talent for positions in the United States. This is a fully remote, commission-based role--ideal for experienced recruiters who already have the tools and platforms needed to find qualified candidates.

What You'll Do:

Source and connect with candidates for professional, tech, and medical field positions



Use your own recruiting tools and methods (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume Search, job boards, networking)



Pre-screen candidates and ensure they meet the job requirements



Submit qualified candidates for open positions

Compensation:

$600 CAD for every candidate you successfully place who gets hired.



Additional incentives may be offered for consistent performance.

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing



Familiarity with U.S.-based hiring practices is an asset



Strong communication and sourcing skills



Self-motivated and able to work independently
