What You'll Be Doing

Picture this: you grab your morning coffee, check your route, and hit the road. By noon, you've helped a family finally sleep without worry, and by afternoon, you're ensuring a restaurant keeps its five-star reputation intact. That's a day in the life of an Adams Pest Control Technician -- varied, hands-on, and rewarding.

Here's what you can expect:

Maintain a Commercial & Residential Route:

Service recurring accounts and build strong customer relationships.

Be the Problem Solver:

Inspect, identify, and treat pest issues using industry-leading methods.

Support Growth:

Help onboard new customers and assist in acquiring new commercial clients.

Stay Organized:

Keep service records, manage invoices, and maintain a clean, professional company vehicle.

Travel a Bit, Learn a Lot:

While most days will be in the Fredericton region, you may travel to

Saint John or Moncton one day a week

to support the team and grow your experience.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to have pest control experience -- just the right attitude. We'll teach you the rest.

Valid

Driver's License

with an acceptable driving record

High School Diploma

(or equivalent) Strong

customer service

and communication skills Self-motivated and dependable -- works well independently or with a team Able to

climb ladders

and

lift up to 40 lbs

Comfortable using mobile apps for route tracking and service reports Must pass a

criminal background check

Within 14 days of job offer, you'll be scheduled to write the

Provincial Pesticide Applicator's Exams

-- we'll provide everything you need to succeed.
