What Role Will You Play?

As a Bilingual Fraud Specialist, you would:

Initiate credit card fraud cases based on information received from the Fraud Detection System

Analyze card holder account history including payments and transaction history to help determine if fraud is present

Work closely with customers and merchants to gather additional information regarding fraudulent charges to aid investigations

Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all information necessary for the successful investigation and resolution of fraud and non-fraud cases

Support and service customers in both English and French.

Bilingual: Able to comfortably speak, read, and write both French and English fluently.
