As a Franchise Store Operator, you will lead all facets of a store operation including the strategic direction, vision, talent management and operational excellence of an overall store location.

What you have to offer:
Proven track record of business success
Strong business and financial acumen
Superior leadership and communication skills
Experience leading and building teams
Full knowledge of retail operations throughout a total store
Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading people and teams in a retail environment
Post-secondary education preferred
Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators
An initial investment will be required as a Franchise Owner/Operator. This will be discussed and disclosed to the successful candidate.
