Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Framing Supervisor to oversee various construction projects. The candidate would be capable of filling in as foreman/framer i/when require. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role is crucial for ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints are met while maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules. Collaborate with project teams to maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise. Assist in budgeting and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency. Provide training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Engage in construction estimating processes to ensure accurate forecasting of project costs.

Skills

Strong supervising experience with a focus on team leadership in a construction setting. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, quality control measures, and safety standards. Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to manage financial aspects of projects effectively. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Experience in construction estimating is highly desirable.
