Position Overview
We're hiring
Framing Labourers / Apprentices
to support our experienced carpenters in the assembly of walls, floors, roofs, and structural framing systems.
You'll start by assisting and learning directly on-site -- growing from helper to skilled framer in months, not years.
What You'll Do
Carry lumber, materials, and tools to designated work areas.
Assist framers with measuring, cutting, and assembling components.
Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized.
Learn framing layouts, reading blueprints, and using power tools.
Follow all safety rules and toolbox talk instructions.
Bring energy, discipline, and teamwork every day.
What We're Looking For
No experience required
-- training is provided.
Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs repeatedly.
Positive attitude and reliability are a must.
Ability to work full-time outdoors (rain or shine).
Willingness to learn carpentry and advance your career.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
What We Offer
Starting wage:
CA $20-$25/hr (depending on skill and attitude).
Full-time hours:
Monday-Friday, optional Saturdays.
On-the-job training and mentorship from expert framers.
