This role requires proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation. The will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute construction plans accurately. Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks to create durable structures. Execute restoration projects with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Install siding and other exterior finishes while ensuring proper alignment and durability. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as required for project needs. Engage in woodworking tasks, including framing, trimming, and cabinetry work. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Lift heavy materials as necessary to support construction activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields is essential. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of technical schematics. Familiarity with concrete forming, finishing, restoration techniques, and siding installation is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and operating heavy equipment safely. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
