We're growing again and looking for a self-motivated, reliable, and outgoing individual to join our crew and help bring high-end homes to life.

What You'll Do

Frame floors, walls, and install trusses Measure, cut, and prep lumber with accuracy Work on a variety of beautiful custom home projects throughout the region

What We're Looking For

Prior framing or construction experience orthe ability to learn fast Strong work ethic and a great attitude Comfort working at heights and in roof rafters Ability to read a tape measure confidently Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Experience with power saws and nail guns Your own safety boots, hard hat, and basic tools (hammer, chalk line, tape measure) Reliable transportation to job sites around Niagara

What We Offer

Full-time, year-round employment

Competitive wages based on experience

($17-$35 per hour) A supportive, experienced team that values skill, effort, and a positive attitude The chance to work on some of the bestcustom homes in Niagara Consistent hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $18.00-$40.00 per hour
