Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our construction team and oversee project execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate execution. Implement quality control measures to guarantee high standards of workmanship. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and documentation. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors regarding project progress and issues.

Skills

Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Proficiency in construction estimating, budgeting, and resource allocation. Excellent blueprint reading capabilities to interpret complex plans accurately. Knowledge of quality control processes in the construction industry. Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore. Ability to understand schematics and technical drawings related to construction projects. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building efficient workflows.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$30.00 per hour
