Looking for an experienced Framer in the Simcoe County & Muskoka Region who takes pride in their work. Framing of custom homes, sub-division homes, townhomes and condominiums. Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum
3-5 years framing experience
Forklift Operations Certificate Valid Working At Heights Certificate Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Proven ability to read and interpretblueprints/drawings
Familiarity withlayout, measuring, and cutting materials accurately
Strong knowledge ofbuilding codes
, safety regulations, and framing techniques Experience supervising or mentoring junior crew membersSkill Requirements:
Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced work environment Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to mentor and lead a crew Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights Proficiency using hand and power tools
