We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer with the potential to grow into a leadership position. This role requires some previous experience and personal initiative. Job is primary joisting open foundations so candidate must be comfortable working at heights year round and moderate heavy lifting. Candidate must be responsible and professional.
We do provide other construction services as we are a "problem solving" company so other relevant trade or operating experience is valued.
Responsibilities
Proficiency in most hand held power tools
Easily follow written instructions
An interest in improving one's abilities
Attention to details/ adding fractions
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow on job sites.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment for safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in framing, construction, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting capabilities.
Ability to read and understand schematics for accurate project execution.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
A positive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in the construction field.
