Duties



Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials according to blueprints and project specifications Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and molding Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square Utilize power tools and machinery effectively and safely Estimate materials accurately Restore and repair damaged structures with precision Perform heavy lifting and manual labor when required

Requirements:


Candidates should possess a well-rounded background in construction-related fields with experience in the following areas:

Blueprint reading and schematic interpretation. Concrete forming, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, and cabinet installation. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery. Knowledge of construction painting techniques and restoration processes. Familiarity with plumbing, electrical work, roofing, siding, caulking, and general maintenance person experience is highly desirable. Strong skills in carpentry and woodworking are essential for this role. Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role Proficiency in using various power tools and equipment Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials Attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship Certification or training in carpentry is a plus
