Formwork Foreman
Job Description
Our team is looking for an experienced Foreman to take ownership of our next project. The ideal candidate has experience in a professional trade such as Concrete Formwork must be able to work with a team as well as prioritize and multi-task multiple projects on tight deadlines. The right Foreman will have extensive industry knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with the project manager and various crew members.
Responsibilities:
Manage all the projects and monitor the progress of the team.
Plan, organize, and direct a work crew to complete tasks.
Supervise workers.
Set up a schedule and ensure it is met.
Confirm that workers are trained in their jobs.
Enforce safety rules on the job site.
Be able to explain tasks to workers.
Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 9 months

8 hour shift
