Summary

We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team at M&O Construction Ltd. This role is essential for overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality control, and managing site operations. Located in Canada, this position requires a strong leader who can handle physically demanding tasks while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Review project plans and specifications to ensure quality control throughout the construction process. Manage schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project deadlines. Train and mentor team members in construction techniques and safety practices. Communicate with project managers regarding progress, challenges, and solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction management software and tools such as ProCore. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
