Job Summary:
We're hiring Formwork Carpenters to join our growing team. Whether you're just starting out or have years of hands-on experience, we're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and value teamwork. You'll be involved in a wide range of concrete formwork activities, with tasks tailored to your experience level--from basic labor to skilled carpentry work.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, install, and dismantle formwork for concrete structures such as footings, walls, slabs, and columns Interpret and follow construction drawings and site instructions Measure, cut, and assemble formwork components using hand and power tools Assist with concrete pouring and finishing tasks Keep the worksite clean, organized, and safe Work closely with supervisors, fellow carpenters, and general laborers
What We're Looking For:
All experience levels welcome--from entry-level workers to seasoned formwork carpenters Eagerness to learn and follow direction A strong work ethic and a collaborative attitude Physically able to perform demanding outdoor tasks Reliable and safety-focused Experience with construction tools or layout work is a plus, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$38.00 per hour
