Comment vous ferez la difference
Animer des formations SST pour les employes de production et de bureaux
Adapter et developper les contenus de formation selon les lois et besoins operationnels
Collaborer avec les equipes SSE, ingenierie et production pour certifier les formateurs externes
Coacher les employes et superviseurs sur la gestion des risques et la prevention
Participer aux enquetes et analyses d'incidents
Travailler avec le service de formation pour assurer la coordination des seances
Maintenir a jour les connaissances reglementaires et les meilleures pratiques
Developper une proximite avec les operations pour arrimer les contenus de formation
Responsable de s'assurer de la conformite aux reglements, procedures et lignes directrices internes et externes
Votre profil
Diplome ou certificat en sante et securite au travail ou domaine connexe
Minimum 3 ans d'experience en formation SST en milieu industriel, syndique ou construction
Connaissance des lois SST et des normes ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 (atout)
Disponibilite occasionnelle pour travailler sur d'autres quarts de travail
Maitrise du francais et des outils Microsoft -- anglais est un atout
Capacite d'analyse, gestion des priorites et travail d'equipe
Le/la candidat(e) doit avoir une autorisation de travail valide pour travailler chez Hitachi Energy au Canada

How you'll make an impact
Lead H&SW training for production and office employees
Adapt and develop training content according to the laws and operational needs
Collaborate with HSE, engineering and production teams to certify external trainers
Coach employees and supervisors on risk management and prevention
Participate in incident investigation and analysis
Work with the training department to coordinate sessions
Maintain regulatory knowledge and best practices
Develop proximity to operations to secure training content
Responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, procedures and guidelines
Your background
Diploma or certificate in occupational health and safety or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in H&SW training in an industrial, trade union or construction environment
Knowledge of H&SW laws and ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 standards (asset)
Occasional availability to work in other shifts
Proficiency in French and Microsoft tools -- English is an asset
Analytical capacity, priority management and teamwork
Applicant must have a valid work permit to work at Hitachi Energy in Canada
