We are currently looking to hire the following position in our Forma Steel facility.

As a Yard Operator You Will:

Load and unload products from production into the yard. Load customers and trucks for delivery, ensuring proper shipping documentation is attached. Transfer products and picked orders to correct areas of the facility. Operate forklift safely and follow all safety procedures and rules. Complete any other work assigned by supervisor/lead hand. Deliver material to the production facility.

Our Yard Operators Have:

At least 1 year of forklift experience in a manufacturing facility (Combi Lift is an asset). Safe work mindset and commitment to safety. Ability to interpret and accurately fill orders. Operate a computer and interact with customers picking up orders. Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English. Team mentality and ability to work well with others. Physical capability to perform their job safely (push, pull lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time). Capability of working in a manufacturing environment.
