! We are actively looking for

a Shipper/Receiver.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and verify incoming inventory against invoices or other documentation; check for obvious damage & shortages. Record shortages and reject damaged goods, route goods to appropriate storage areas Accurately stock ingredients into appropriate bins, shelves & storage racks according to standard procedures ensuring it is properly identified Verify orders and notify Purchasing Manager of damaged goods, backorders, and special order shipments Forward all Packing Slips, Waybills, Requisitions, etc, to Administration/Receiving in a timely manner Ensure loading dock door(s) and warehouse are secure at all times. Operate forklift, pallet-jack, and other aids in a safe, responsible manner. Reporting any maintenance &/or safety issues relating to these aids to Supervisor immediately Maintain a clean, safe, well-organized warehouse environment and notify the Supervisor of any potential safety hazards Assist in preparation for and participation in monthly inventory counts and pre-counts. Compliance with all safety standards and regulations per company policy Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Forklift operator certificate Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed General understanding of manufacturing processes and related equipment Ability to make decisions based on standard practices Ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot, and problem solve Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Main warehouse is refrigerated and you will be spending a significant amount of time working in there.

Benefit: Group insurance available after 3 months

Full-Time, Hours of work: 4:30 pm - 1:00 am during weekdays, with weekend coverage (day shift)

Flexibility required to work the morning shift for vacation coverage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
