Forklift Operator Day Shift : 8:00am-5:00pm Afternoon Shift : 3:00pm to 11:30pm Night Shift : 11:00pm to 7:30am Rate: $20 per hour Location: Industrial Parkway , Aurora, Ontario Benefits : - Monday to Friday work schedule - 2 weeks vacation per year - Extended medical and Life insurance including Dental care and vision - Paid time off What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do day-to-day: \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working in logistics or production floor \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting handling materials across production and/ or logistics warehouse \xe2\x80\xa2 Operating a forklift/Reach/Walkie to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count materials. \xe2\x80\xa2 Pick/pack/stage and ship customer orders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accountability for the safe and efficient operation of related equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Unloading and verifying inbound shipments safely and moving products to storage locations.

• Ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage; reporting quality variances where applicable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting in physical inventories and cycle counts as required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO).
• Inspect trailers, raw materials, and finished goods for defective products and/or ingredients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly work area. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that operations are conducted in a manner that promotes safety. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other duties as required.

Your qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 1+ years of experience operating Counterbalance and Raymond Reach \xe2\x80\xa2 Completion of a Counterbalance/Reach training certificate (Flow recertification required). \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of good manufacturing practices.

• Fluency in English both oral and written. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player and good communication skills
