Essential duties and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Manage inventory effectively within our system, monthly physical counts and reconciliations. \xc2\xb7 Organizing Warehouse and product storage. \xc2\xb7 Stage and load orders using a forklift, based on load sheets provided. \xc2\xb7 Load / unload powersports equipment with extreme accuracy using our custom ramping system. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a neat, clean and orderly workplace \xc2\xb7 Verify and account for all inbound & outbound products. \xc2\xb7 Support all safety programs and compliances to ensure a safe work environment for all employees. \xc2\xb7 Communicate and collaborate with all departments to collectively identify and resolve any issues or opportunities for continuous improvement Skills and Competencies: \xc2\xb7 Ability to safely operate forklifts and powersports equipment. \xc2\xb7 Adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events effectively \xc2\xb7 Uses time efficiently, prioritizes tasks, solves problems \xc2\xb7 Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook. \xc2\xb7 Excellent understanding of the English language, both written and verbal Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 High school diploma or equivalent \xc2\xb7 Minimum 1 year forklift experience \xc2\xb7 Proficient with all shipping and receiving functions \xc2\xb7 Experience within a Transportation/Logistics environment with cross dock, LTL and flatbed experience considered an asset \xc2\xb7 Must be a team player with a willingness to do what is necessary to get the job done Physical Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Ability to stand for long period of times and repeatedly push, pull, bend, twist, stoop, climb ladders and lift up to 50lbs \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in warehouse environment on concrete flooring and in varying temperatures Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:
