Job Title: Combi-Lift Forklift Operator/ Receiver (Afternoon Shift)

Job Objective:

This position is responsible for receiving trucks loads, incoming raw materials and deliveries to the point of use. Maintain the inventory levels and inventory cycle count using EPICS Receiving Module and serve as a shipper backup

Essential Job Functions:

Receive raw materials and spare parts Fulfil the Production requisitions and deliver to the point of use Preform all receiving Transactions In EPICS Maintain Inventory levels and report discrepancies for adjustment. Operate the Combi lift forklift Manage waste and disposals from the plants Load Aluminum Logs (solid round cylinders of material) into the Press Load and unload aging ovens Unload Inbounds materials Trucks Enter and Post production information into EPICS Measure material hardness after aging Load scrap material and transfer to scrap truck Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Ability to perform basic mathematics calculations e.g. addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages. High School Diploma or equivalent education Knowledge of health and safety procedures as described in the Training Matrix. Previous experience working in a manufacturing plant or similar environment. Ability to speak, read and write English Possess basic computer skills using EPICS material tracking system. Good interpersonal skills and knowledge and appreciation of cultural diversity in the workplace. Must be able to lift up to 22 Kg Able to read a tape measure using the Metric system Ability to follow both written and verbal directions in English
