Duties
Utilize hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Perform simple carpentry work, installation, and repairs according to project specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute construction plans accurately.
Conduct restoration projects involving caulking, paint touches, and finishing work to enhance the aesthetic appeal of structures.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics is essential for successful project execution.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction settings.
Strong understanding of caulking techniques and construction painting methods.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise on-site.
