We are looking for an experienced and motivated Foreman to lead our wallpaper installation team. : As a Foreman with our wallpaper installation team, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of wallpaper projects. This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the day-to-day activities of the wallpaper installation team. - Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. - Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings to ensure proper installation. - Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. - Communicate project progress and any potential issues to the management team. - Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in wallpaper installation or a related field. - Extensive knowledge of wallpaper installation techniques and tools. - Experience in renovation projects is a must. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. - Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical drawings. - Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is must!
