We are currently seeking an experienced

Foreman Scaffolder

to join our team at the

Diavik Diamond Mine

in the

Northwest Territories

, starting

January

.


This position is based at a remote mine site and operates on a

14 days on / 14 days off rotation

, with

flights provided

.


Key Responsibilities:


Supervise and coordinate scaffold crews to ensure safe and efficient work execution Plan, schedule, and oversee scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling Ensure all work complies with site safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and job hazard assessments Inspect scaffolding systems to ensure structural integrity and compliance Communicate effectively with site management and other trades

Requirements:


Previous experience as a

Scaffold Foreman

in an industrial or mining environment Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a remote, rotational camp setting Must successfully pass:

Pre-access test


+

Physical / fitness-to-work assessment


+

Criminal record check


Valid safety certifications (Fall Protection, CSTS, WHMIS, etc.) are an asset
