Job Summary

Experienced Site Foreman Required for Civil Construction Work:

Residential + Commercial Projects

Requirements

Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of civil construction work experience Sewer and water experience 2 year minimum Knowledge of laser levels and/or Topcon GPS System is an asset Strong interpersonal + communication skills Excellent leadership skills including the ability to mentor and develop others Familiarity with OSHA regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures in the construction industry. Conflict resolution skills Attention to detail Construction site experience demonstrating hands-on knowledge of field operations, safety protocols, and site logistics is essential. Skills in relationship building with established broad network of contacts including staff, trade partners, inspectors and suppliers Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations

Daily Responsibilities

Accountable for managing the jobsite Ensure all site documents & permits are current and onsite Schedule equipment and material deliveries Responsible for mentoring new employees and providing team leadership Responsible for providing team with daily goals and objectives Responsible to maintain a clean and organized jobsite
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
