We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
Foreman / Forewoman
to join our team and lead our crew.
Job Summary:
As the
Foreman / Forewoman
, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our projects. You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled workers and ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget and schedule. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety on site.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing electrical projects and ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
Supervise a team of electricians and helpers, coordinate with other contractors, and ensure that work is performed according to industry standards.
Ensure that all electrical systems are properly tested and inspected and that all safety regulations are followed.
Additionally, the electrical foreman is responsible for maintaining records, ordering supplies, and troubleshooting any electrical issues.

Experience in Wood frame electrical construction
Experience in Steel frame electrical construction
Experience in Concrete electrical construction
Experience in Service electrical work
Experience in Renovation electrical work
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of Journeyman experience and a strong understanding of the work processes, techniques, and safety practices involved.
Comprehensive knowledge of the tools, equipment, and materials used in trade.
Knowledge of local, provincial, and federal workplace compliance regulations, ordinances and legislation.
Basic hand tools, multi-meter, and cordless power tools
Possess a valid driver's license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills
Punctual, dependable and trustworthy
Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
