Carpenter Foreman



We are looking for Working Foremen/women Carpenters who have the knowledge and ability to work on commercial projects by leading sub-trades, self-performing diverse scopes, mentoring apprentices, and utilizing technologies.

Hours of Operation:

Varies depending on job site.

Location:

Calgary, Remote job sites.

Role Responsibilities:



Work alongside and support the Site Superintendent to execute different types of commercial projects efficiently and effectively Work alongside your crew to lead by example Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary Supervise, train and give feedback to workers Ability to delegate responsibilities and individual projects to the crew
If you perform exceptionally, you may be tasked with leading small-scale projects to help you grow your skill set as a Site Leader.

Role Requirements:



3-5 years' Foreman/woman experience in commercial construction Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and contract requirements A carpentry background Willingness to travel out of town
