Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping and hardscaping, with the ability to operate equipment and manage a crew independently. If you are passionate about outdoor work and leading a team to create beautiful landscapes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate various landscaping and hardscaping equipment safely and efficiently.

- Manage and supervise a crew of landscape professionals, ensuring quality work and adherence to timelines.

- Oversee daily operations and ensure projects are completed to specifications.

- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective landscaping and irrigation solutions.

- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in landscaping and hardscaping.

- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems.

- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.

Compensation:

- Pay range: $35-$40/hour, depending on experience.

- Overtime opportunities available.

- Year-end bonuses based on performance.
